Ayrshire Farm introduced a new premiere product at the Toast of the Town event in Washington, DC. – Certified Humane® veal. We raise our young beef animals without antibiotics, hormones or GMO grains, they roam freely, drink milk twice daily and graze on grass with their herd. Unlike veal raised solely on milk either in single crates or group barns, our veal has a pink color and is why it’s referred to as Rose Veal. It’s delicious, tender, and less fatty than beef. Many people haven’t eaten veal in years and when eating Chef Joshua’s samples, said Ayrshire’s tastes were the best at the show.
